Brian, you are so lucky with all the fresh vegetables up your way. I would love some nice fresh picked corn. Though we did have some Zellwood corn down here a couple of months ago. Zellwood had for many years and corn festival but they stopped several years ago. Have no idea why and naturally they stopped the year I had planned on going to it! Murphy's Law.
I used to subscribe to Yankee magazine. I have a few pamphlet recipe cookbooks from them. For sometime I used to use the Boston Globe Cookbook and I just took a look at it and I'm surpised...no recipe there for Corn Pudding.
