This one is so simple and so good...
Corn Bake:
2 cans creamed corn
1 box jiffy corn mix
8 oz sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 and 1/2 sticks melted butter
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9x13 glass dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350 or until lightly browned.
This is my "most asked for" recipe.
