I just brought back 2 bushells from LI... Deb took a bushell to work and did them up on Thursday...
the rest we distributed to neighbors, and we had a dozen & 1/2 leftover...
I cooked them yesterday and will strip from the cobs today and make some Corn Pudding today...
I haven't made it in a while, but it is one of my favorite dishes, for sure! A Very New England dish!
