Brian, I took it out of the oven a little while ago and it is great! I've eaten so much of it now that I've ruined my supper! I did cut the recipe in half made it in an 8x8 pan and added 1/2 green pepper, 1/2 red pepper and a jalapeno. I was happy with the taste of it with those additions. One thing I would change that I did was that I used butter to grease the dish and next time I think I'll use Pam. All in all I was very pleased.
I have an asparagus soup on cooking now. Some days I just love to cook and will do it all day long. I think that tomorrow I am going to make the Roasted Red Pepper soup that was sent out in the Daily Dish this morning.
