I am in the process of filling out the entry form and have completed the first section, but the website will not proceed to the next questions. I have tried my computer and phone and the website doesn't seem to be working. Has anyone else had this problem? It says 1of 4 completed, but NEXT when clicked will not proceed.

It sounds like there's an error in one of the fields. Scroll up and see if you can find the error message.

I did check that several times, but couldn't find anything. No error message appears.I placed the 1 before the phone numbers, so no problem there.

I did that. No problem with the phone number. It seems they were having problems with the website. I waited about 30 minutes and was able to proceed and completed the form successfully.

Under “Contacts and Addresses” they want “House/Apt#, name”. What do you fill in there?

Your house number, for example if your address is "111 Main St" than "111" will go in that field and "Main St" under the next field titled "Street name".

Just did mine, remembered the plus sign. If born in the USA, you are American (obviously that’s what I go by!) - but I laugh because so many say it’s presumptious to say that as technically so are Canadians as we are all in North America! Sorry I’m on way too many chat boards!!! What got me was the dates. It’s month/day/year. Not day/month/year. And when doing birthday it wouldn’t take 1968, only 68. Thought that was odd!!

Must have been an American (born in the USA! ) who programmed it. Europeans all use day/month/year. And I guess they figure there aren't too many 100 year old people who go to SXM!!

I filed out the entry forms before we left 2 weeks ago. When we got to customs, will still had to go thru the process at the kiosk. So, it really didn't matter to do it before. Maybe over time it will work. Once it does it will be nice and quick.

It seems random, as some have reported not having to reenter the information at the kiosk, and others, like you, have had to do that. Guessing that it may have something to do with how far in advance you've filled out the form, I'm going to update ours a week before we fly, just in case that makes a difference. I figure it can't hurt.
