Looks really funny, to basically not see anything moving there. Is it ice, as it doesn't appear to be snowing currently.

We’re getting freezing rain now especially South Atlanta where Hartsfield is. Contrary to prior posts Hartsfield is not “closed down”. There is a ground stop until at least 2pm. The airport is open.

Rick--asking a stupid question, I guess, but what is the difference between a ground stop and being closed down?

Rick--asking a stupid question, I guess, but what is the difference between a ground stop and being closed down? Ground stop means planes are not landing/taking off. Closed down means the terminal is not allowing travelers in.
