Yesterday we happened upon “Alizé” in the Marigot Marina. We had initially gone to the Marina to eat at Chez Ginette but it was closed. Lucky us as Alizé did not disappoint! Our server stated this restaurant had just recently opened.
The surroundings are elegant and the service was top notch. The amuse-bouche was a creamy pumpkin soup with beautiful flavours. The fresh rolls came with the usual butter as well as a chilled piece of bechamel. It was so good we ordered additional rolls. For entrees we opted for the duck magret and the fresh catch of Mahi Mahi. Both were beautifully cooked and presented with large portion sizes. The sauces were so flavourful we used our extra rolls to capture every ounce. For dessert we had coconut glacé and a lime sorbet. There were also heavier dessert options on the menu. So far this has been our best dining experience this year.
Reservations can be made on WhatsApp +590-690-68-9830.

Once I figure out how to post my pics I will!

Oh, I hope they are open for lunch! It sounds great. But as a rule, we don't venture out to Marigot in the dark.

lcote--I agree with you there, no Marigot for me after dark. The dishes just sounded like dinner to me. I'm hoping the original poster will reply again and hopefully maybe they took a pic of the menu.

Carol, as a professional website developer, I HATE when people don't have a decent web page.
FACEBOOK PAGE
I tried to find a menu on their FB page but failed. I hate looking around on FB pages for menus!!

OK, thanks for the link. Sorry for asking, I guess. As far as I'm concerned, 99% of FB restaurant pages are useless anyway, as they don't have menus on them, or if they do, it's impossible to find them. I do NOT get that.

Restaurants using Facebook is… anyway if a restaurant has a website it is so much better then going the facebook route. https://www.bzh-oysterpond.com/menu It is not a big deal to have a website. We went to BHZ in Oyster Pond for dinner and it was great. Out of the way for many but the Marriott and OBBR tourists go there.

Most restaurant pages that I see on Facebook have a link to their website. It's in their "about" info.

Regardless, how freaking hard can it be to have a menu on the FB page?? Meanwhile, most don't have a regular webpage anyway.

And a lot of those websites and menus need updating.

I hate that hourly format. Takes too much thought to figure it out.

They were open at lunchtime when I went to Be Kool on Tuesday. Tablecloths and "nice wine glasses" were set on the tables.

Other Marina restaurant news is that Tropicana was preparing to re-open on Tuesday. They are probably open by now. And, sadly, La Petit Auberge had a sign on the closed shutter saying they have closed.

Love Be Kool, also had a feeling La Petit Auberge might be in trouble, the owner/chef passed away suddenly a few months back, pretty sad.

Now have another place to add to my list. Alize means Wind, I believe. Planned on Be Cool so Alize fills in another lunch block.
