I have to say, we get the pre-seasoned ribs at Carrefour and cook them on our own grill! Yummy and inexpensive!

Love the ribs at Talk of the Town Lolo in Grand Case. They have a rib platter and you can choose three sides to come with it. Really good choices. Love the coleslaw, curry rice, green salad, and hubby likes the corn on the cob. 12 € but 1:1 when paying cash. Headed there tonight actually. Yum!

Ribs and curry rice at Talk of the Town....perfect and cheap. No sauce but I always dip in a bit of Matouk's hot sauce....only charge us $8 but I think it should have been $10....missed a Carib charge also. $25 for ribs and a side x2..., 2 Carib, glass of Rose and a Perrier

To me they are dry. They have sauce on the table if you like bbq sauce or hot pepper sauce. Kraft bbq sauce always tastes better in St Maarten. Lol! They were delicious tonight!

Yup...had them a couple of days ago but I bake them at 220-250 for a few hours and then finish with a quick broil.

We get them a lot also, but just cook them on the grill in foil for about an hour and then direct on the grill for a few minutes. Good stuff!

Buy babyback ribs, remove the membrane, sprinkle generously with Goya Adobo red cap, put on a 175 deg grill, cook till ready or till their temp is 165 deg.

I make them during the winter and summer
