Donate to International Red Cross AND Specify "British Virgin Island Hurricane Relief 2017". If earmarked to a certain disaster they will allocate to that particular case. This natural disaster bring out a lot of SCAMS using "sound alike" organizations. You want to help those in need, not crooks.
