Since you did not book through Royal Palm I would not know who to direct you to but I have found asking in a nice way and a modest "tip" will often get a request considered. Booking through a 3rd party may limit what will be available to you.

The time of year will come into play also, the closer to or in high season, the less chance of getting a special request.

You might try calling. 1.721.544.3737

We stay 2-3 times per year and book on Hotels.com. We always send an email to the front desk manager and she has always takes care of us.

Also booked through Priceline, so don't know any contacts. Don't know if you have stayed there before, this was our first time - just one night in route to French side - it was great!

Thanks! I just sent her an email, fingers crossed! We have stayed there before, booking privately 'thru VRBO, but this time we got a great rate 'thru priceline, so not sure where we'll end up.

They have some wholly-owned units and other units that are rented out on a regular basis.
