Just a quick question, how is Caribbean lobster compare? I recently was having a conversation about lobster in SXM. My friend won't eat lobster from there "b/c it all comes from Maine." But the carribean lobster is different. Does it taste different? Can you tell the difference besides the claws?

Yes, there is definitely a difference. Caribbean lobster has a firmer texture and is slightly less sweet (to me). I find there is also more "meat" in the Caribbean lobster- it goes right up into the head. I am from New England but love them both!
