Tom--yes, I am aware of that, regarding the water on the French side. That was, in my opinion, a criminal act, which went on for three days or so?? Meantime, these issues with Belair have been going on for months and months and months. IF these people's units has a/c, that is much better. But I still can't imagine getting up in the morning and not being able to take a hot shower.
