I don't think anybody the neighborhood is Happy or Anxious to ever see this place ever open. Lots of negative chat online about illegal permit and payoffs and just to many beach bars on the beach anyhow. Its just in Kaarkter parking lot and very similar target cliental so I don't see how Kaarkter can survive. A very prominent gov minister has them on her shxt list and the many condo owners in the area are ready to take them to court. The owner is the same as District 721 which has been in court with the Gov and neighborhood and a known problem. we understand from Kaarkter they don't have a business permit and will never get one unless more funny business happens. Also it is is just a day beach club closing by 8pm or so that might be good. Parking I think will be far down the road and they will have shuttles. I sure do not want to park and take a bus. All speculation but we will see. Baba stupid
