For sure same owners as District 721 which the island knows has been a huge nuisance in the Cole Bay Area and in and out of court. But this new beach club owner is claiming no late or loud music. Kaarakter is fighting it and claims for lots of reasons they will not get a legal permit to open a business there. But remember Marys Boon now has about 25% of theirs rooms as privately owned Condos of which many owned by very influential or Gov SXM people. Marys Boon is a fairly big and spread out property so I don't thing it will be a issue. The owner of Marys Boon is not expecting any issues with this new beach restaurant and has said they are not a problem until they really are a issue and maybe a nice addition as they seem to be spending a lot of money and will offer a high end upscale option for those that want to spend more money for a beach day. But for sure the neighborhood ,all the other private condos , Marys Boon and its HOA and other HOAs will definitely spend the money and do whatever it takes to keep it a enjoyable area for its owners and guests....lf needed. They will be watched and any noise or other problems they cops and Gov will be called. It should have never been allowed but if they are good maybe not so bad ..plus a lot of people just will not support them with their money because of all the funny business issues.[b][/b]
