What are the requirements if we land in San Juan, stay the night, and then continue to the BVI's?

If you are fully vaccinated, you need to fill out their Safe Travel portal here. Testing only required for unvaccinated arrivals.

BVI requirements are the same as normal.

Do you happen to know if the BINAXNOW COVID-19 AG CARD HOME TEST is accepted for purposes of leaving the BV (from Tortola) going through Puerto Rico to return to the US? I assume it is, but have struggled to find anything that explicitly says it is.

Kilpach - I believe it has to be the emed proctored version of the Binaxnow test. I believe someone (Jason?) posted the links in this thread.

If you talking about the unproctored test, no. You would need a real lab report.
