Hi, We are hosting a 50th anniversary party for relatives and would like to serve a nice refreshing punch. I need something low in sugar as one of the celebrants is diabetic. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks. ML

Here is a diabetic punch you might like to try for the occasion.
Diabetic Punch
Two 2 litre bottles of diet sprite or 7 up Two 46 oz cans of chilled unsweetened pineapple juice Two pkg. of sugar free drink mix
Stir and combine all ingredients. Pour in punch bowl over ice and serve. If you want to serve it as an alcoholic punch, you may add vodka before serving.

Sure. It's really simple to make great punches with Crystal Lite. I use them all the time. I love the Peach Iced Tea. Put that in a pitcher and add some peach slices and crushed ice and it's wonderful! If you want to add some booze, add a little Southern Comfort! WOW! Also, Crystal Lite Sunrise.....tastes like Tang but lighter. Add that to a bowl with frozen fruit and it's delightful! You could add some rum to perk it up if you like. I hope this helps! Enjoy! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Cheers.gif" alt="" />
