We returned home last Tuesday from a 20 day trip to the island. It was another wonderful trip. We got to be with 30 or more friends we have met over the years and that was great to see all of them
We used Kenny’s again for our car rental. Lesley always provides the best service but this year him snd his wife Shirley went above and beyond customer service. Our car was hit while we were parked and did not inform us. I called Lesley and he had us a replacement immediately. Which I’m sure a lot of places would do the same but they have gone above and beyond their duties to help us with our credit card company on the collision insurance claim. Shirley even called my claims department and gave them all the info they needed to process this claim. With all that said if you are looking for a car rental company on the island I think you would be well satisfied with Lesley and Shirley ( Kenny’s)

I have a similar Kenny's story. I've rented from Lesley and Shirley for nearly 20 years and their service is always the BEST. When I visited in January I was staying at an Air B&B on the French side. The first morning I came out ready to go to the beach and my car was gone...stolen. I called Shirley and she walked me through what I had to do to file a claim with my credit card company. Within 2 hours Lesley and Shirley met me with a new rental car and all the paperwork I'd need to go the the Gendarmes and fill out the necessary reports. When I got home I began the process of trying to get reimbursed by Chase, my credit card company. The process took over 2 months and several times during the back and forth I needed Shirley and Lesley to provide additional documents. Shirley even called Chase several times on my behalf. Finally, I received a check for the full amount of the stolen vehicle but I doubt it would have happened without the assistance of Lesley and Shirley. Thanks so much my friends, see you next time.

We have been renting from Lesley for years and will continue to. Meeting us at the airport was a breeze and always got us on our way quickly.

Wow, that says a lot for Kenny's customer service!! I am sure that reports like this not only influences me but others around the world...makes for an easy choice for renters.

Kenny's Car Rental is SIMPLY.....THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!! Service, customer care, anything that happens. We have rented from them for at least 20 years. Not sure. But we go about 4 times a year. Lesley ROCKS. We watched their kids grow up!

They are the best. Glad it worked out for you. We started using Kenny’s about 10 years ago. Which we had know about the the first 10 years we were at St Martin

So you had to pay for the car then wait for the reimbersment? Just wondering as I really don't know the process when that happens and hope it never does to me.

I can add to my great experience with Kennys. Last time I was in SXM, it was on a one-stop cruise (first time I ever spent less than a week there...). Kennys met me at the cruise terminal (well, across the street) and had me on the road in no time. Love doing business with local firms.

We used Kenny’s car rental for the first time last week. We are frequent visitors to st. Martin, and we’re tired of having to shuttle to the car rental place. After MANY referrals, we went with Kenny’s car rental. Lesley was nothing short of wonderful. He helped us with our bags to and from the airport to royal resorts, provided a list of suggested activities and restaurants, not to mention an amazingly friendly attitude. Will use him every single time (and we go often!) Cannot recommend them enough!

So YOU had to pay for the car, out of your pocket???? Didn't the insurance take care of all that?? So? if you don't have an extra 30K line of credit, then what???

Based on feedback here, Michael and I switched to Kenny's a few years ago. And we will never go anywhere else. Lesley has always been fantastic to us. Always there with the car when we get there. We have never needed anything from him during our visits and knock on wood, hope that continues.
But yeah, I won't go anywhere else.

We, too, have rented from Lesley for many years. Always enjoy his pleasant face when we get off the plane. Never late! Cars are always reliable and with a full tank of gas. We have had to cancel twice since our last visit due to the pandemic, but hopefully will make it back in October. Always tough to send him a note that we can't make it, but he never complained. Great guy! Hopefully will see you soon, Leslie.
