Thanks to those who responded to earlier email. We enjoyed Folkstone Park, found it easily, as well as the beach in town. Snorkelling at the park was good, but due to wind and swells we had a lot of silt most of the two weeks we were there so snorkelling not as good as we had expected. Took a catarmaran (El Tigre) to see the turtles, that was fun. Next day took Thriller (35 ft scarab) to see the turtles, to the wrecks in Carlisle, and to beach. Again, visibility not great but it was fun anyway. Cocomos was great for dinner, as was Il Tempio in Fitts Village (more expensive than we expected). We had an attempted break-in day before we left. No problem though, scared him away pretty quick. Just be sure to lock up carefully at night...we had left key in inside deadbolt (hate the thought of searching for a key in the dark in case of a fire) but we neglected to hook the extra lock. The kid who tried to break in simply pried open the side vents and reached in and turned the key. Luckily we heard him and got up quickly. Enjoyed the trip and thanks again.
