Hey BN Veterans, what is up with the 2014 sailing reservations. 99.9% of all the inside cabins are unavailable whereas majority+ of outside cabins are available. I've always seen inside cabins available in the months leading up to the sail ---- this has to be a plan/scheme to get folks to book the cabins going for twice as much and then they will open em up when they get a fair amount of outsides sold ----- either that or the economy has changes the demographics of cabins sales a ton. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/duel.gif" alt="" />

Maybe so, but a lot of people I know don't think that the premium for a balcony is worth it.

Past/current customers are marketed first. The very cheapest rooms often get generous upgrades and go quickly. I've also seen upgrades tied to another purchase, like placing a non-refundable deposit on a later trip.

Final payment for this trip is May 2. Look for a round of upgrades around then that should free up the insides.

We were on it. From the nude perspective it was great. From the carnival perspective, well it was carnival. Food was average cruise food at best. Have that expectation you are fine. The cruise stops were the least enlightening in my cruise career. Industrial like ports. Panama Canal was a letdown to us. We heard about Triumph but carnival made little mention of her. CNN. Finally, there was some seasickness near the end for us. Hopefully, carnival is scratched from bn list for awhile.

You may have to fan BN on FB to see this. But it is a picture that says rooms starting at $899 and here's the text:

**Interior cabins are now available.**

The Western Caribbean Cruise aboard Holland America Line's newest ship has just gained some breathing room.
