The article indicates the jet is owned by Jay-Z and his business partners, no mention he was actually on it. He may well have been on it but it is not stated.

Good. Maybe he and his business partners can make a sizable donation to relief efforts to help the many residents on this island rebuild and get roofs back on their dwellings. Maybe coming here (rather than St. Barth's) will shed some light on what the people of SXM need to make a comeback, especially in those low income areas. I think Jay Z may have a few extra bucks he could spare.

Right you are! Hollywood goes to St. Bar'ts and Anguilla, very rare to see them in SXM.

I think you've mixed up your rappers. Jay Z is married to Beyonce. Kanye West is married to Kim. Jay Z and Beyonce were hosting an Oscars party in LA Sunday night and this particular jet wasn't with them.
