We enjoyed an amazing meal at the Moulin Fou on our last night on island before returning home to Canada. My wife had the red snapper filet and I had the Dover sole filet followed with the tiramisu and a few complimentary shots of a very tasty rum liqueur. The french decor of the restaurant is very unique and we were pleased to have met the gracious and friendly owner M, Hebert. The meal and dessert presentations were of a very high standard with the flavours of each truly delicious. This is french fine dining but with a casual, unpretentious atmosphere. We wholeheartedly give this restaurant a “two thumbs up” review and you would be remiss to not try it while in the area.

I like Moulin Fou also. Their presentations are works of art, for sure.

I like Moulin Fou a lot. Funny, before we went there, I thought it was a Chinese restaurant! duh
