1/2 cup of ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1 package onion soup mix (dry)

Mix all above ingredients and pour over
12-14 boneless chicken thighs

Cover and Bake at 350 for 1 hour

Very tasty and easy

Oh, my.....I haven't made that one in years! I also make one in the crockpot and use:
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 jar (sm.) apricot jam ( I use a sugar-fee or low sugar and it's just fine) 1 T. soy sauce
1 bottle Russian dressing.

Put everything in the crockpot on low for about 5 hrs. and it falls apart and is gooey and yummy over rice.
I haven't made that one for awhile, either......I'll do it this week. Yumma!

Tessa, we used to make it with Milani 1890 french dressing.

I'll have to credit my mother wiht this variation. She's doen it for years adn it's a favorite.

Put a bag of Pepperage Farm stuffing (dry) under the raw chicken. Top the chicken with one can of whole berry cranberry sauce, a bottle of french dressing and one envelope of french onion soup mix. Cover and bake.

Yummy!
