The Grand Marche stores have a reasonable selection of gluten-free foods. Not sure about restaurants.

We had a friend with us in December who is on a gluten-free diet and she had no problem at all in finding gluten-free products in the grocery stores as well as at most of the places we ate. Luna Rossa makes their own g-f pasta and she said her meal was excellent, as were all of ours.

Respectfully,

Luna Rossa is a great place. Best meals on the island last November.
