do you mean Travel Rent a car. I used them in March and April. They were fine. If you are contacting them by email, they sometimes get their email system messed up or your system will put their return emails in your junk or spam file. I would imagine they are still open. Contact AAA rent a car they share a building and are close friends. I did that once and Steve the owner of travel rent a car emailed me back.
