Has anyone had any problems contacting Empress?. I e-mailed them on May 1st and received a reply on May 2nd. Since then I have sent 3 follow up messages with NO replies. For older posts I know Marvin is no longer with the company... does anyone have any updates.?

I contacted them for a quote a few weeks ago. They replied within a day that their computer for quoting was down and they would give me a quote in a week, which they did. Perhaps they are still having computer problems?

I just emailed: [email]info@empressrentacar.com.[/email] They signed the emails "Empress Team." Sounds as though a phone call might be the best route.

In my latest e-mail I have given then until 8th to reply in case it is a computer/internet problem. I think 5 weeks is a fair amount of time to wait for a confirmation!

Why not just call? 1 866 978 0849. Or 1 721 545-2062. Or + 1 721 545 2067. Many times emails get blocked for no reason

I have used them the last 3 years. I put in my info, dates etc. get a quote, and confirm. Reservation is emailed. I don't hear any more from them, but when I show up a airport I am on the list. Good service, no problems, good cars.

Have you tried to call them?? A quick phone call, even with no international plan, may run you $3 or so. Just sayin'.
