I thought I would share this YouTube link to a Yachting World instruction video on catamaran sailing in the BVI. It is intended to be an instructional video for daily sailing life on a cat for monohull sailors. Frankly, I didn't think some of the segments were well done. But parts are ok. It is filmed in the BVI on a Moorings 4800. Yachting World Magazine - Catamaran Sailing Techniques

Nice, That would have been a lot more useful If I had seen this before our sailing trip that I just got back from! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/duh.gif" alt="" /> Oh well we got her to tack eventually after a few trial and errors and much cursing!

Perfect timing Snow Dog. Thanks! Fifteen of us heading out in four weeks on two cats. Both captains could use this refresher!

Thanks. Yup, I watched them all before my January trip, but I also found them helpful to send around the crew (all adults and first-timers) to start to get their head into the game and understand some of the docking concepts. Thanks again!

They could have found a better place to anchor than the Baths.
