I was looking at some of the old posts and noticed there were mentions of some potential AA NS flight cancellation from JFK to SXM this past April.
Were there finally any cancellation of the AA NS flight from JFK to SXM on Saturdays in early April?
I am planning on booking my trip for next April within next couple of weeks. Since I am coming from LA, if they cancel the NS from JFK, then I might be left with having to make 2 stops ( completely out of the question after taking a red eye from LA). That is why I was wondering if any flights were cancelled and if so which ones ( weekday, weekend, early/ late April).
This past April we went to Barbados. I had bought the tickets way in advance. AA kept changing flight #s, cancelling flight , coming up with new flights. At the end we ended up almost on very similar itinerary where we had started ( 20 minutes later departure, same arrival) However all the flight numbers from our 4 segments had changed at least 5 times.
Thanks
Nick

We booked our 4/9 n/s for last month as soon as it was eligible for booking in May 2015, and while they changed the number and the equipment a few times the flight itself held.
We tried to book a n/s on AA for our return but it was not available for late in the month so, as has been the case for the past few years, we booked JB back to NY.
They have been dropping those mid to late April flights for the past few years. It will be interesting g to see what they do for 2017 since Easter is later and a prime travel time for many in the NE corridor.
