Been in Coral Bay for 2 weeks to date and have accumulated many gallon water jugs... know that only cans are recycled but anyone know of use for these other than crushing and tossing in trash? (so used to recycling at home!)

Thanks for thinking about this. You can refill water jugs at St. John Ice in the Lumberyard in Cruz Bay. I don't know of a place to fill water jugs on the Coral Bay side. Sorry, no idea about recycling plastic. Aluminum can recycling is a community effort that only works through volunteers.

Thanks for the tip, Rick.
At home, I'd use them for covering tender plants at night in early spring and fall. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Smile.gif" alt="" />

With a bit of trimming we made sugar water feeders for the bananaquits and hummingbirds. I'll see if I can find the YouTube video.

Unable to find the design we used. The ones we made were like the seed feeders only we put about an inch of simple syrup in the bottom.
