As of a month ago they had not and they are one of the hold-outs with regard to the new rent and building structures. I have not heard much in the last 2 weeks so perhaps there is something more up to date.

as of last saturday the answer is no. in the three weeks we were there saw no construction going on at all in their space. i believe that they are the only one that is so far doing nothing about opening. i did hear there is one unit at the very end still available for rent.(the one that was going to be andy and cheryl's)

That's sad. We go for lunch there several times during our 2 week stay. It won't be the same this year.
