My friend who is sailing with us can't find his passport!
Any advice on how to get a new one fast? He has a copy.

" Regional passport center – Check with the U.S. State Department to determine if there is a regional passport center in your area. Each of these centers will issue replacement passports by appointment only. Make sure you take all the required documents with you for your appointment, or you will be unable to get a new passport."

When did he last have it? Most likely checking into BVI. Have you contacted C and I Where he checked in? Also, has he checked the secret pockets of the secret pockets of his carry on, or the pockets of what he was wearing when he checked in?
As a mom I just had to bring these up. Good luck!
