This is our 5th trip down so I know the basics. Last visit was in 2014.
What's the wifi situation now? I need an access point (router) aboard our vessel. What the current recommendation. Traveling usual spots plus Anegada.
Looks like Riteway now owns Rite Breezes in Fat Hogs Bay. We are sailing from Dream Yacht Charters near by. Any other place to provision? Quality still ok? Planning on picking up fresh produce only as durable goods will be delivered.
Thanks much!! Boris

We love our Digicel router. Had good reception almost everywhere.

Second the digicel router. We bought the 110V version and it is rock solid. The pre-pay process requires a very specific sequence of behaviors. But, the ladies in the store can work it over the phone for you.
Check with your charter company to see if they rent access points. Otherwise, you'll need to hit a store in Road Town. Digicel also has a store in Spanishtown VG, but not walkable from marina.

RickG - so once you have the router, you can re-load over the phone without having to go back to the store? We got one last June and loved it, will need to re-load this June.
Thanks, Rick

You need data such as Wifi to be able to re load. Often a challenge. But it seems to be getting easier.

Where stew you chartering from? Our Lagoon 450 from CatCo had a router on board and we paid $125 for 5 logins for the week. Worked well.

$125 for 5 nights? <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Yikes.gif" alt="" /> You can buy a month on Lime for $50.

$125 for 7 nights for 5 people split equal ways with zero time spent in stores on land. Heck of a deal from my perspective.
