Little Dix is 50 years old and while they did redo some of the suites in 2014 the resort was getting a bit long in the tooth. Add to that the recent trend in ultra high end resorts and they had to do something major. The only way to rehab the main areas and other rooms was to close. It will be interesting come Fall 2017 when they start trying to hire 300 employees back.
