Very Simple and Tasty

4T Cayenne Pepper
1 Peeled and Diced Mango
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup Lime juice
3 Chopped Tomatillos (Mexican Tomatoes)
6T Diced Spanish Onion
3T Chopped Garlic

Combine all ingredients with 1 qt of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Then add 2T cornstarch to 1/4 cup of water (slurry). Add slurry to simmering hot sauce mix and stir till thick. Remove from heat when thickened.

Use as a marinade, on fish tacos, a salsa base, on quesadillas.. It's endless
