Does anyone know what is going on at the Royal Palm. I received emails earlier in the year about a RPBOA meeting in Las Vegas in early March and today have received an email for a meeting in late March in FL. According to the emails "Several topics will be discussed at the meeting, including the resort’s financial reports, updates on resort operations and projects, and other relevant topics related to the resort and of interest to the interval owners. I am hoping this isn't to prepare the owners for a special assessment to add to the Replacement Reserve that is already included in the maintenance fees. Love the resort however....
