Daily Herald reports a prisoner broke out today. They are searching Cay Hill.

always thought that was a strange place for a prison but then i thought, maybe the best way to make sure they dont want to come back is to make them look at what they are missing every day they are in.

We drove up there one day and that's exactly what I thought---what prime property with a prime view.

He was being taken to a clinic in Cay Hill for medical treatment when he escaped from custody. It was not a "prison break?
