This is Tuesday and the contest stated the restaurant had to open on a Monday. According to the rules, if a restaurant is open next Monday, that would qualify for a winner.

You were to pick the week starting with Monday that they serve their first food or drink. So if they serve on a Wednesday then that Monday date that started the week is the winner.
