Posted this in the Southern Caribbean thread but haven't had any responses. Trying to decide which boat to go with on our trip to the Grenadines and Grenada in December 2016. The Lagoon apparently has a meticulous owner who spends 3 months a year on her. Any experience on owning or chartering an older Lagoon 38 or a Lavezzi 2009?

I have chartered both models, most recently the Lavezzi 40 in Antigua in December. I prefer the Lavezzi out of the two. It has slimmer hulls, a higher bridge deck, and a more powerful sail plan. It was a comfortable boat in open waters.
