There has been a lady the past 2 years that worked out of Karakter Beach Bar that gave a very good massage. You can walk there from where you are staying.

As Elizabeth said, Brian will come to your villa at BSV and do your massage. I had one there at the villa and it was quite wonderful. He does charge more to come there, versus you going somewhere else, but it was really a nice experience.
