Just about any pharmacy or grocery store on the island should have it alone with many other places that cater to tourists.

Market Garden Grocery Store, Welfare Road, Simpson Bay. The new Carrefour grocery store (used to be Grand Marche). A little cheaper at Market Garden.

If you can find the roll-on version, try that instead of the spray. More convenient and it goes where you want it. Just as effective as the spray.
