GM and Carrefour have an ad in the Daily Herald today. From now on, hours on Sunday will be 9 AM to 6 PM, at Bush Road, Carrefour Market Cole Bay and Gourmet Grand Marche in Cupecoy!

In Porto Cupecoy, pass security and go straight, parking to your left. They also deliver for more that $250.- and have a shuttle to pick you up and take you back.
Owners are very nice and helpful.

The Grand Marche referenced as Cupecoy is located at Porto Cupecoy in the main parking area just outside the plaza that is home to several restaurants and shops. It's a much smaller store but still manages to have the normal Grand Marche offerings but on a smaller scale along with a nice deli and reasonably good produce. It's not a place I'd want to try to do a full weeks grocery shopping but it definitely has more than enough of what the typical vacationer might want or need for their stay. They have fresh prepared fruits and salads along with baguettes and pastries every morning but the quantity and variety is limited on the latter. I also looked at their meat last trip and I was quite surprised to find rack of lamb there that was nicer than what I can typically find at home.

Yes, they and the Maho Market are open later, but I personally would MUCH rather shop at GM than either of those. I am still bummed though that the Gourmet GM in Simpson Bay closed.

Someone here today said the Carrefour is lacking in products. Not replenished since name change. I guess whenever the boats bring in the goods.
