Greetings. We are back to the island and after following the posts have registered to TTOL.
Since Belle Époque has closed we miss their pizza especially the pizza gambas. We have tried to find a place to no avail. Does anyone know where the pizza cook from Belle Époque went? Or a great place as replacement.

La Main à la Pâte in la Marina Royale in Marigot has very good pizza!

Slightly off subject, but don't forget the Perch for Pizza if you are "underdressed" for Orange Fever.

If I am not mistaken George, the original owner from Belle Époque who now works with Bruno at Dreams, had told me about a year or so ago that the pizza maker was now working at Dreams. While I have never had the pizza there others have told me it was really good.

I agree. Dreams has very good pizza. What's the name of the place in Simpsons Bay? A little place with tables outside next to a Chinese grocery.

I have had the four cheese pizza at both La Main a la Pate and at Dreams. The pizza at La Main a la Pate was MUCH better!
