Has anyone had an experience with Ace Car Rental? Made a reservation today for upcoming trip.

I have used them twice and they did a good job-they will examine the car with you and note damage prior to leaving the lot. I did photograph the car also-when I returned the car there was a question about a dent-I showed them the photos and they apologized for questioning the damage. Enjoy!

used to use ACE up until five or so years ago....will never again. service was HORRIBLE.....too many better reputable places to rent from and not get involved and receive attitude from.

Yeah, I remember problems with ACE in the past, but that was a different franchisee. I believe the new owner took over in 2013.
I've been using them since then with no issues.
