Anyone have suggestions for pizza or pasta that is gluten free on the island?

We were on the island with friends for two weeks just last month and one of them is gluten intolerant. We had no issue finding gluten free meals but the only place we tried that told us they had gluten free pizza was one of the restaurants at Cupecoy. I've forgotten the name but it was the first restaurant you pass on the right as you enter the courtyard and before you get to Ernst and Fidel's. They have incredible looking pastries but having tried the pizza, first one they served her was cold so she sent it back and the second one was terrible. So much for gluten free there and since our meals weren't much better, nobody wanted to try dessert.

We went to Luna Rosa in Simpson Bay - could actually be Cole Bay? - one evening where the owner makes all her own pasta and she did have a gluten free pasta that was 'unbelievably delicious' said our friend.

Over the course of the two weeks there, she ate a lot of Cesare Salad when all else failed, but she really had no issues finding gluten free meals in most of the places we dined and was able to pick up gluten-free items in the grocery stores. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" />
