Is Tuesday still Harmony Nights in Grand Case?

I believe they begin mid January to April. Always on a Tuesday for the past several years. Have not seen any notifcation for 2016.

Still on Tuesdays, this year it will begin on January 12th. Not sure of the end date. Website

I heard that it will run for 12 weeks, beginning January 12th, due to sponsorship from Delta Petroleum.

I believe i read it ends after the first Tuesday in april

They start tonight

If anyone goes tonight, let us know how the parking is. At one time we used to park at Gran case airport on Tuesday nights, then for 1€ you could take a shuttle between the airport and where the street was blocked off down around Calmos Cafe. That was very convenient, but the last time we went, you just parked somewhere on the road and walked down to the waterfront.

We went tonight and parked down by the airport. We happened to time it right, and were able to catch the "shuttle" which basically a golf cart that took us to Calmos. On our way back we walked, as the shuttle was in use at he time

Todd is there a charge to park at the airport?

You say you walked back. I assume it was dark; any difficulty, is it lighted?

We love Harmony Nights - a must for 1st timers on the island. A fun musical and vendor filled night. We always go at least one Tuesday of our 2 week visit.

No charge to park. We just parked on the main road near the airport. We did walk back and there are street lamps to light your way. Plus there were other groups of people walking to their cars as well. We did not feel unsafe.

Have never done this and may want to give it a try. Do most people do restaurant reservations or are there food vendors? And if you make a reservation, do you make it for a time before the festivities begin or do you reserve a time during the festivities? Any other advice about attending?

We've made rsvp but felt a little rushed. There are vendors but all I remember is a crepe cart making sweet or savoy crepes. There's always the LOLO's open air square of 4 or 6 places cooking on grills, if you're not familiar. They're located closer to the north end towards Grand Case Beach Club.

What we usually do is have a large lunch that day.

Your post says sxm late June. Harmony nights is over early April sad to say. It is a fun time for everyone.

I need to change that to February!!!!! June trip was last summer!

I got to SXM on Fat Tuesday last year. Grand Case was so crazy stuffed full of people, I couldn't stay.

FYI.....No longer called Harmony Nights. Now it's "Mardi de Grand Case". I think I spelled it right.
