Does anyone have any recommendations for a hotel near Conch Charters? We'll be there at the end of April 2016 for 2 nights pre-charter. We've done a lot of BVI charters, but not with this company so I'm not familiar with the lodging options near Conch. Thanks.

We stayed a fort Burt a few weeks ago. Clean, nice, very close to conch and TMM. I would stay again as an over night, but I wouldn't consider it a destination hotel.
For 2 nights I would be tempted to try something different.

Thanks for the suggestions. I hadn't considered Cane Garden. We're bringing 6 newbies with us, so that might be a good introduction to the BVI's for them.

It depends on what you're expectations are. Fort Burt couldn't be any more convenient, and they have some nice rooms...one with it's own lap pool. All are reasonably priced, and have nice views.
If it's budget you're after, the SeaView is a great choice! Clean, comfortable, A/C rooms, with management that aims to please. No views, no bar/restaurant, and a tiny pool. Also a short walk to Conch.

I like Fort Burt but would only consider it for 2 nights if your comfortable driving up a very steep hill to park your hire vehicle as you will need one for staying there for 2 days. best suggestion is to go to Cane Garden for some fun to begin and save you sailing in there so you get to visit another location, or perhaps you will find somewhere the newbies love and want to sail to.
