The Towers studios are fairly good sized with a queen sized bed and a sleep sofa so the units do sleep four but not privately, and as I recall the bathroom is a shower only bath, or the only one we ever stayed in was. The kitchen is galley style and complete but not very usable for full meals and it runs from the front door of the room into the living/sleeping area. Great unit for two but no privacy for more than that if the sofa is to be used. Otherwise it's very roomy as studio units go..

Hi all we own unit 305 which is a studio and Pat is correct in all of her statements except I do think it is a King bed. We own week 2 so will be there shortly if you have any other questions

Thanks, kevsuz! And lucky you, being there so soon.
I'm sure you are correct about the bed. We stayed in a studio only one night several years back when we arrived a day before our weeks started. Since our unit was occupied by that weeks owner they put us in the studio next door so our move would be pretty easy for everyone.
I remember thinking at the time it was very comfortable for two but I really didn't focus on the size of the bed. I do recall the overall area of the studio was equal to the living room, dining area and kitchen of a standard one or two bedroom unit and very comfortably sized for one or two people.
Respectfully,
pat

Dave,
We were recently there and look forward to returning in April and no thanks necessary for the responses, Dave. That's what this forum is all about.
I can't speak for the sofa bed itself, but do yourself a big favor and don't even think about sleeping on the couch as a couch. They're only about 2-3 yrs old but they're the most uncomfortable couches I've ever sat on, never mind trying to nap on them. The plastic lounge chairs on the balcony are far more comfortable, IMHO. We are pre-construction owners and even with all its short-comings, we've never regretted having purchased there. We don't ever trade because we love the place and enjoy our time there every trip.
Respectfully,
pat

Dave- friends of ours have used the sofa bed but asked the staff for an extra mattress for it. If they have one available, it'll really help!

Our daughter uses sofa and she "approved". It is step up from what we had before renovation. It can be unfolded with one hand, no need to remove cushions. Our one bedroom unit has European sofa brand Habitat in charcoal. I assume all new sofas are same brand.
There is no place like SXM.
