Hi Annie,
This must be a good (and easy!) recipe for it to be requested again. Could you just verify what size kidney bean cans? I am copying the recipe to take with me to SXM in a couple of weeks as I am cooking dinner for a few friends and it sounds like I will be able to make it the night before and enjoy the whole next day in the sun! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/dine.gif" alt="" /> Thank you so much!

We have made this chili a couple of times and it is GREAT! We halve everything, as we are only two people. We use 1 regular 15 oz size can of beans.

What Carol said about the size of the kidney bean can. And Carol you can make the full recipe and freeze a portion of it. It does freeze very good. I have some in the freezer now that I made last month. And boy do I love my vacuum sealer!

If you were to make this in a crockpot, how long would the cooking time be? And on High or low? Thanks
