Any advice on where to park or how to get there? For those who have been, did you cross others on your path or did you have it all to yourselves?

I'll reply if only to keep the thread open
I know where it should be and the directions but have never visited so don't want to spread info that I have not actually experienced
My info said very, very small cove, but would be interested if anyone has actually gone there

Interesting link. I had absolutely no recollection of a "Lover's Beach" when first seeing this thread - but after checking link, I remembered that the small beach that is below trail from Friar's to Happy Bay has been called that - goodness knows how long ago I heard that name - must have heard it from someone while on their boat.

We were there in May and parked next to the trail head (the grey line shown in the Google link). The land was cleared for new construction so I'm not sure how that will impact access in the future. There's a gate that you go through which needs to be kept closed since cows graze there.
