Anyone have the name of Carol's (formally of L'Estimenet restaurant) store in Oyster Pond near the old Le Frigate?
And also when is it open?

I probably should have added that the store sells roti chickens, cheeses, wines and other French delicacies.

It is L'Epicerie Gourmand, and yes, she's open, although I'm not sure of her hours. We had a nice visit with her on Saturday.

No, she didn't, but she did say she was going to have it. She's gearing up for high season now.

She's also going to have some restaurant-quality fresh pastas.

Sounds good. Richard could cook for us. He brings a lot of supplies from Italy when he comes to SXM and also Chappaqua. Dec. 19 comes home.

Thanks for the response.
We usually get at least one chicken while on the island and it was in Cole Bay. Not sure if Carfour will have them so I thought we'd give Carol some business. We'd planned on going there for French items anyway so if she has chickens that would be a plus.
Carol's a great person and we wish her luck on her new venture.

For rotisserie chicken in particular, Bruno has them at Yellow Sub in Orient Village, if someone is in that area.
