I recommend "L'effet Mer", we had lunch there yesterday and it was great. The local Gendarmes eat there which is always a guarantee of good food! http://www.effetmer.net/#

In Grand Case our favorite restaurants are Spiga, Ocean 82, Bistrot Caraibes, Calmos Cafe and Piazza Pascal. We try to visit Spiga and Piazza Pascal each twice during our visits to the island.
